"Salvaje y Sagrado" which in English means Wild + Sacred is the name we gave our retreat offerings because we want you to remember your true nature. Feeling wild + free is a birthright. You are sacred. It is an undeniable truth of who you are. Do you remember? 

Meet the hosts. My husband Kevin and I have been married since 2012, a decision that catapulted us into more alignment with our highest selves. In 2017 we left the religious group we were raised in - and we officially began our spiritual path. Since then it's taken many twists and turns, and we have remained committed to our values of spiritual sovereignty, authenticity, and continued shedding of what is not us. Seven years later and we are now fully embracing the path of helping others to do the same. At the core of what we do, we help people realize where their true power and connection to their own divinity is being shut down; whether it's from external or internal forces.

In the year 2024 there are two opportunities to retreat with us. Both trips are planned to Pance, Colombia. The dates are April 18-29 & September 13-23. Our 2024 retreats are headed to the Valle del Cauca, to Pance, Colombia. This is a very beautiful and rural area. The medicine home where we gather is on a farm in the mountainous jungles of Colombia. There are various access points on the land to clean, drinkable *living* water. There are meditative hikes and cleansing dips in the cold river daily.
 

During the retreat we eat shared vegetarian meals together. The food is delicious and fresh, and there are also moments of fasting to prepare our bodies for the ceremonies in the evening. When we aren't fasting you can expect to be served a lot of fruits, fresh juices and root vegetables to keep you grounded.

This retreat is right for you if you know it will be a lot of hard work both physically and on the inside. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physical you will be brought to your edges. This experience is for someone who knows they're called to work with Ayahuasca. It is for the ones who want to jump into the unknown with full trust and surrender. This experience is for the Wild + Sacred ones. If you have questions, there is an interview process before you book where we can explore all of this together. Certain medications, including all SSRI's cannot be mixed with Ayahuasca.
 

This topic is so important. If you don't properly integrate your experience with the medicine it's like you only did half the work. The period after ceremony where you are reorienting to your new reality, your new self, it can be a little rough. You are kind of blasted wide open emotionally, energetically and spiritually. You need to take special care of yourself. We offer our guests integration calls after the retreat to support this journey of integration so you can get the most out of your experience. We also feel personally responsible to make sure you're taken care of. This deep soul work is an honor to help people through and we don't take it lightly when you come to us as your healing space.
